Privacy
Short version: your photos make your reel, then they're yours — not ours to exploit. Last updated 11 June 2026.
What we collect
Your email (for sign-in and receipts), the photos you upload to generate a reel, your generated reels, and basic product analytics (pages visited, renders started/completed) so we can fix what's broken.
Your photos
Photos are used to generate your reel and nothing else. We never sell them, never share them with advertisers, and never use them to train models. They're stored securely so your reels and library keep working.
Your reels
Your reels live in your library so you can re-download them. They're private — we don't post or share them. Each reel carries a small SHIFTR watermark.
Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.
Third parties
Rendering runs on trusted infrastructure providers (fal.ai for video generation, Modal for processing, Supabase for accounts/storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Analytics & pixels
We use first-party analytics plus a Meta pixel on marketing pages to measure ads. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Deletion
Want your account, photos and reels gone? Email us from your account address and we'll delete them.
