Refund policy

The short version: failures are free, your first reel is protected, and billing mistakes are always fixed. Last updated 11 June 2026.

Failed renders

If a render fails outright, you're never charged — your reel count stays untouched. Automatic, no need to ask.

Blocked renders

If moderation blocks a render, it isn't billed either.

First-reel guarantee

If your first paid reel isn't share-worthy, we'll re-roll it free, once — new render, new scene, new outcome. And if you still don't love it after that re-roll, we'll refund your first reel in full. Just reply to your receipt email with one line on what let it down — warped car, likeness, audio. Every reason feeds directly into improving the engine.

Billing mistakes

Double-charged, charged after cancelling, wrong amount — always refunded in full, fast. Reply to your receipt email.

Completed renders

Because each reel costs us real GPU compute the moment it renders, completed reels generally aren't refundable beyond the first-reel guarantee above. If something's genuinely wrong with a render, talk to us — we're reasonable.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from your account; you keep your reels and access until the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial months, but we also never auto-convert you to annual billing or hide the cancel button.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
